Wedding/Special Event Pricing
With weekly rental: $500 surcharge for weddings or events.
Without rental: $1500/day May 1 to October 31, $2500/day November 1 to April 30.
December 20 to January 5 there is no additional charge, however we require a full weekly rental.
(The house can accommodate up to 60 guests comfortably for an event. The rates above are for the rental of the property only. Food, place settings, tables chairs etc. are to be provided by an event/wedding planner and/or caterer. We have excellent referrals available upon request. At no time is there to be more than 10 guests staying overnight or visiting the villa except on a day when the above surcharges have been paid. Should the staff find more than 10 guests then all guests will be removed without refund and/or extra charges or a surrender of security deposit will occur.)
