$850 USD/night(4 night minimum)
Christmas & New Years: December 20 to January 5
$1200 USD/Night(7 night minimum)
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollars) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
Additional information about rental rates
Security deposit: $500 unless a valid credit card is provided.
Breakfast is included.
Pool heater: $300 per stay regardless of length-- suggested December through March.
Suggested gratuity: 10% of your total stay.
Suggested gratuity for staff is 10% of the total rental, divided accordingly.
